We're a small team in Korea, so replies come during Korean business hours, usually within 3 business days. Adding one of the subject lines below helps your message reach the right person faster.
Corrections
Subject line: Correction
If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, please tell us. It helps to include:
- the page address;
- what's wrong, and what you think is right;
- how you know: a link, a photo of a sign, or the date you were there.
We check every report against current sources. If it's a real error, we fix the guide and note the change. Our editorial policy explains how corrections work.
Questions for the editors

Wondering whether a day trip is worth it, or how to get from the airport after midnight? Ask. We read every question, and the good ones become guides. We won't publish your name or details without your permission.
We can't give one-to-one trip planning, and we can't book, change or cancel anything for you.
Bookings made through our links
LVR doesn't sell tours or take payments. If you booked through a link on LVR, your booking is with that company (for example, Viator). For changes, cancellations, refunds or problems on the day, please contact them directly using the details in your confirmation email. They're the only ones who can help.
Partnerships

We're open to hearing from tourism organizations, transport operators and travel companies, especially if you can help us check facts or give travelers better information. Before you write, please know:
- We don't sell placement, rankings or reviews. See our affiliate disclosure.
- Joining an affiliate program with us doesn't mean coverage. Products appear only when they fit a reader's situation.
- If we ever accept a free or discounted experience, the guide that mentions it will say so.

Privacy requests

To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, see our privacy policy or write to us with this subject line. Our privacy officer is Brandon Lee (legal name Heeung Lee), our director. We reply to privacy requests within 10 days.
